On Wednesday (03/30/22) I spent 15 minutes meditating in silence to let my mind expand to help improve my creativity. When meditating I prefer to do it laying on the ground so that I am comfortable, but not inclined to fall asleep like I would be on my bed. I prefer to use meditating as a way to spend time in my own mind letting it wander. To clear my mind I always begin with taking deep breaths in through my nose and out through my mouth and trying to only focus on my breathing. Thinking about how my breathing feels and sounds to help clear my head. Then, once I have accomplished a clear mind I begin to let my thoughts wander beyond my breathing. I had my boyfriend take a picture of me during the beginning of my meditation session to document it and I have attached that image above. After doing this I do think it is a good way to boost creativity
